All our tamales are handmade, and our stone-ground masa (corn dough) is made in-house from locally-grown
non-GMO corn, stone-ground right in our establishment with our very own corn mill.
Our Old World Artisan approach to the making our signature tamales ensures healthier,
higher quality tamales, lower in salt & fat, while remaining Gluten-Free.
We offer Vegetarian and Vegan options and extreme Dessert Tamales. Our rice and beans are
Vegan and Gluten-Free, too.

United States (except Oregon).
